경험과 교훈 그리고 미래의 계획

본인은 어려서부터 독서를 좋아하여 17세까지는 소설, 역사, 문학 경영등 재미있다고 느끼는 책을 많게는 하루에 4권까지 다독을 하였습니다.

이러다 보니 어느 순간 나 자신의 목표를 국제금융의 양대 산맥인 조지소로스를 롤 모델로 많은 경헝을 쌓을려고 노력해 왔습니다.

좋았던 이유는 제3국, 또는 사회적 약자에 편에서 개발을 하고 얻은 이익을 돌려주는 사업 모델이었습니다.

나는 한국에서 고등학교 졸업 후 견문을 넓히기위하여 일본으로 유학을 갔습니다.

일본에서의 전공은 경제학과 비교 철학 입니다.

그리고, 한국에 귀국 후 롯데호텔 국제 영업부에서 3년반 근무하고 퇴사하였습니다.

이후 창업하여 회사 경영이 20년이상 됩니다.

나는 지금은 그만두었지만 나의 아들이 2000년도에 태어날 때 세이브더 칠드런에 매월 15년 이상 기부하였습니다.

지금은 나의 방식으로 사업을 하고 이익을 사회에 소외된 약자, 국가들을 위하여 좋은 일을 하고싶습니다

이러한 이유로 회사이름이 (주)소로스투자개발, (주)소로스도시개발 입니다.

당사는 1999년부터 사업을 시작하여 소프트웨어, 하드웨어 개발 유통, 생활 용품 ,화장품을 제조 유통으로 시작하여 부동산개발까지 사업을 확장하면서 경험을 쌓아왔습니다.

이러한 노하우를 바탕으로 제조업체를 중심으로 지자체, 정부의 각종 프로젝트와 컨설팅의 실적을 가지고있습니다.

지금은, 시대가 급변하는 시대입니다.

당사도 이에 발 맞추어 금융을 기반으로 한 부동산 개발과 축구클럽운영에 전념하면서 2019년부터 새로운 도전의 해로 설정하여 올해 이후의 개인 목표와 사업목표를 설정하여

작게는 현실적으로

크게는 하기의 두가지 비전 사업을 실천하고자 합니다.

 

1.금융을 기반으로 부동산 개발

* 당사는 국내 금융 기반으로 한 물론 해외, 국내에 금융 경험을 갖고있습니다.

부동산 개발은 토지 매입부터 인허가 사용승인까지 금융 계획 설립이 안되면 출발이 어려운 사업입니다.

이러한 부분을 당사는 사업계획 초기부터 준공 후 사용까지 전 과정을 같이할 파트너를 모집합니다.

2.부동산을 기반으로 축구클럽 운영부터 구장 개발 및 운영

본인은 국내에서 고등학교를 졸업 후 일본에서 대학을 진학하여 졸업하였습니다.

조금 늦은 나이지만 아마추어로 21살부터 대학의 동아리에서 3년반 동아리 축구클럽 운영을 시작하여 지금은 동네에서 조기축구에서 30년 이상 아마추어 축구인으로 건강을 생각하면서 매일 1시간 이상 운동을 하고 있습니다.

그런데 ,그동안 이론 공부를 해오면서 축구 학습이 조금은 다르게 시작하는게 맞다고 느겼습니다.

조금은 색다르지만 축구는 과학이고 물리학입니다.

본인의 신체 에너지와 공의 에너지를 최대한 이용하여 반복된 연습으로 과학적인 축구교실이 필요하다고 봅니다.

이러한 축구 교육 설계와 운이 따른다면 아마추어부터 프로까지 클럽 운영과 유망주 발굴과 에이전트까지 할수있기를 바라봅니다.

Experiences, lessons and plans for the future

I love reading from a young age, and until the age of 17, I read as many as four books a day that I felt interesting such as novels, history, and literary management.

As a result, at some point, I have been trying to build a lot of careers as a role model for George Soros, the two largest mountain ranges of international finance.

The good reason was a business model that developed and returned the profits gained on the side of a third country or the socially underprivileged.

After graduating from high school in Korea, I went to Japan to expand my knowledge.

My major in Japan is economics and comparative philosophy.

After returning to Korea, I left the company after working for three and a half years at the International Sales Department at Lotte Hotel.

Since then, the company has been in business for over 20 years.

I quit now, but when my son was born in 2000, I donated to Save the Children every month for more than 15 years.

Now I want to do business in my way and do a good job for the underprivileged and countries with profits

For this reason, the company names are Soros Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Soros City Development Co., Ltd.

Our company started business in 1999 and has accumulated experience by expanding the business to real estate development, starting with manufacturing and distribution of software, hardware development and distribution, household goods, and cosmetics.

Based on this know-how, we have a track record of various projects and consulting of local governments and local governments, mainly manufacturers.

Now, the times are changing rapidly.

In line with this, the company is also focusing on financial-based real estate development and football club operation, setting it as a new year of challenge from 2019, setting personal goals and business goals from this year and beyond.

Broadly speaking, we want to implement the following two vision projects.

 

1. Real estate development based on finance

* Our company has financial experience in overseas and domestic as well as domestic financial base.

Real estate development is a business that is difficult to start unless a financial plan is established from land purchase to license and use approval.

In this part, we are looking for partners to work with you in the entire process from the beginning of the business plan to the use after completion.

2. Development and operation of stadiums starting from the operation of soccer clubs based on real estate

After graduating from high school in Korea, I went to university in Japan and graduated.

Although I am a little late, I started running a club soccer club for three and a half years in a college club from the age of 21 as an amateur, and now I am an amateur soccer player for more than 30 years in early soccer in the neighborhood, and I work out for more than an hour every day, thinking about my health.

By the way, while studying theory, I felt it was right to start learning soccer a little differently.

It's a little bit different, but football is a science and physics.

I think a scientific soccer class is necessary through repeated practice by making the most of your body energy and the energy of the ball.

If you follow this soccer education design and luck, I hope you can run clubs from amateurs to professionals, discover prospects, and even agents.
